Management - terrible, Apartment - good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived in Somerset Apartments & absolutely loved the quaint environment there. However, the management was terrible. Even after it was "restructured," it takes management weeks and several phone calls to respond to important maintenance requests (for example: broken A/C in the hottest months). I've found that even if they promise they will do something or fix a problem, it doesn't get done. Now I live in a new apartment that has terrific management & responds to requests (big or small) the same day. It has made a huge difference in my satisfaction with the apartments.
