Mark Twain/Lowell Buildings

I lived in the Mark Twain building first and had little complaints. The apartment was extremely hott in the winter. The water temperature was never constant and would change on you in a moments notice. I then moved to the Lowell building where things went downhill. They told me that I had new pipes in my side of the building so I should have a constant temp in the shower, they were incorrect. Maintenance was nice, office staff was not. Parking was never an issue. There was a lot between the two buildings that I paid $75 a month for. Also had a problem with bugs in the Lowell building.
