Big Dump and unprofesional staff

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I lived there for a year and just moved out of the Lowell building. There were constant bug issues, it was always hot or cold with no way of regulating the temperature inside. Apartment staff is unprofessional and act bothered when you send in a request for anything. On top of that they are trying to keep part of my deposit for cleaning that was done by me! Oh yea, if you don't buy a parking pass for $85 a month, then there is a good chance your car will be broken into.
