This is a nice place to live if you're looking to live in walking distance from the Plaza. It's RIGHT there, plus my rent was reasonable, and off-street parking was a great convenience. Summers get hot, but that's KC all over. The shared patio/grill is nice for parties. The property owner and superintendent also have a separate business right on the block no more than 100 yards from any of the buildings. Both men are pleasant, easy to deal with, and quickly address complaints.
