very bad apartment From: kansasres Date posted: 6/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   1. the building is very old. 2. during summer, the room is very hot and during winter, the room is very cold. 3. safety. yes, it is very un-safe. 4. neighborhood. if you live close to 44th st and Jarboe (one of Plaza tower's properties.), the neighborhood is not good. you can not sleep during weekend. 5. manager. Yes. One of the managers is nice. But only one of them.
