this place is ok, but i had some initial issues. like the day i was supposed to move in, the apt was not ready and no one in the office was aware that i was moving in that day. the manager at that time, all she could do was cuss and complain. and there is a pigeon problem, that has been there since i moved in last yr. nothing was ever done without persistent complaints. they finally came out with chicken wire and closed up a space on my balcony where they had nested. the problem is still there, pigeons all around. i have never been able to use my balcony and refuse to step out on it because of all the bird crap there.oh, and every freakin morning there is a car outside the bldg honking for someone and very early hours, it annoys the crap out of me (i guess this is there way of providing a wake up call)also, not available on weekends cant get a hold of anyone after hours, can hear the neighbours below and next to me. to sum it up: ghetto.
