This is one sorry excuse of an apartment complex, this has absolutely been the most horrible, horiffic expierence ever. This place has changed managers like I change my underwear,it's like forest gump says every day it's like a box crap you never know who you will be dealing with. This place has no professionalism at all, I have no idea where they get the management, WE HAVE HAD ALL TYPES GHETTO,AND NOW SOMEBODY FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY TRYING TO BE A MANAGER. HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO LIVE HERE. IF YOU LIKE THE GHETTO LIFE, SHOOTINGS, LOUD MUSIC AND ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE THEN MOVE HERE...THERE MANAGEMENT COMPANY NFI, IS A JOKE THEY ARE SOME SCARED PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUES THIS COMPLEX HAS. THE APARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART BUT YET THEY WANT TO CHARGE MORE RENT AND FIX NOTHING. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPLEX.

I just moved here a little less than three months ago and understand all the problems you talk about used to occur. I even had some heistancy about moving in. I am a white, middle class professional and wanted a place near my work. I only say that because you talk about this place being like a ghetto and that is not what I have experienced. Although some of my neighbors are ------- American, I do not consider them on a "ghetto" level and have gotten to know almost all of them in my building. Since I have moved in, I haven't experienced any of the above. I have found the place to be very quiet and although the maintenance can sometimes take a few days to fix minor problems, it always gets done with professionalism. My understanding is that they threw out a bunch of the people who were causing trouble and I don't see those problems now.
