This place was terrible. Two or 3 days after snowing, 2 guys in a beat up truck would show up, not know how to operate the plow, and I ENDED UP PULLING THE SNOW PLOW OUT! Very slow to respond to maintenance problems, pipes leaked in utility room of neighboring apartment, mgmt said they'd fix damaged floor after we moved out. Then they set up covered parking. There were 12 or 14 apartments around our parking area, about 16 or so spots, and they made over half the spots covered. Not bad, either. Then they told us if we didn't pay extra for covered, they would tow us. Never once did maintenance come and check air filter, poor insulation (high gas/electric bills), management lived on property and had more parties than anyone. That got pretty annoying at 3 am. Mgmt redid the basketball 1/2 court by my apartment, then spent most of the day playing b-ball with friends. Strongly discourage this complex.
