These apartments are not worth the money. We had to call in maintenence to fix about 5 things the first two months. And the female maintanence person does a poor job. I'm sure they're not payed well, but things could be done a lot better. The patchwork on the walls looks like gumwads with shiny paint over them! Our bathtub needs replace, the cabinets too. The apartments and decks need repainted. We couldn't even get our couch in and neither could anyone else on the second or third floor! You have to have a love seat of futon!! We even had to take the doors off to get the washer and dryer in! Whoever designed these was crazy! We only paid $50 more in a more expensive city with bigger nicer apartments and way more ammenities. And there are only 2 staff members! You can hardly get them on the phone! I feel sorry for them because whoever owns this place doesn't seem to care about anything except charging too much rent!
