This complex is very slow to responding to anything, I knew about 3 people that fell from the top of the 2nd floor stairs during the winter time and the office did not do anything. The management has changed in the last year, they where slow to fix the huge pot holes in the road. they did not even come and put salt out on the ground and this complex needs alot of help. and the management company is very slow to do things.

I completely disagree. I was a resident during this last winter, and I leave early for work most mornings. I saw on more than one occasion the maintenance team AND the manager out shoveling and salting at 6am. I have had very few things in my apartment that needed fixing, but I was always taken care of within a day or 2. I probably wont spend the rest of my life here, but its been pleasant so far. I would recommend this community.
