My husband and I moved to this state last March 2007. We moved into these townhomes in May 2007. The town home itself is very nice...1 and 1/2 bath...laundry off the kitchen and a nice view of the forest behind us...also very secluded. The downside' I filled out a complete move in checklist listing all the things that needed to be looked at....back door seal is gone-this has been the ongoing issue in this house from the get go. Bugs,and cold air seep through the back door 24/7. This summer we would go to work and come home to 100 or more ladybugs on our back door and on our kitchen ceiling...it was gross. The windows throughout the town house are 4 pane..pain in the ass...you cannot even open them without injuring your fingers and our bedroom window had a 1 inch gap until last week when a new maintenance person came through and ordered us some stuff. The other thing is both the front and back door do not have screen doors...so no chance of opening any doors for air circulation. Its been a really sore spot in our living experience and regardless of repeat attempts to get someone over here to fix things it still is not fixed.
