I moved here after a horrible experience with a loft in downtown Kansas City. I absolutely love it! I feel safe and the grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and the maintenance guys are great. I had a problem with my wash machine and the maintenence people fixed it and replaced a part all in less than 24 hours. The workers all live on-site, so if there is ever a problem, they are right there to help. There are also lots of little "community" activities that they plan and its great because many people go to them and everyone here seems so friendly!! The office staff know you by name too! Thats really great! I agree with the last person to comment on living here... it really is a secret in the "northland"!!!
