In response to the previous review, I think they may have the incorrect apartment community. You see, our community offers only one pool that has never been closed for repairs/poor water quality/ect since we opened for business in 2003.
Additionally, we pride ourselves on routine pest control. Each apartment is sprayed quarterly. Should a resident encounter a problem in between service dates they can simply contact the office and we will treat their apartment immediately.
