This apartment is a rip off!! From: Seadooer Date posted: 9/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This is the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. It has some of the cheapest features yet I am paying the most I have ever paid for an apartment. When I moved in the refrigerator and AC were broken. I had to call maintenance to fix my AC on three seperate occasions in a two week period and the leasing staff was very unprofessional in dealing with it. I have never in my life clogged a toilet and since I moved in here the toilet clogs on a daily basis because they are probably the cheapest toilets the builder could find. The sinks are so small in the bathroom that I feel like I am washing my face in a RV's bathroom. There is no water pressure in the shower. I am paying an extra $30 a month on my sewer and water bill for the complex to fill the pool and water a few patches of grass. My own personal water bill is around $15 a month. I was also never told when signing the lease or is it stated in the lease that I was going to be obligated to pay a percentage of the complexes water bill. Everyday in this apartment complex I feel like I am being ripped off more and more. This place is defiantly not worth the rent.
