Worth it

The price is a bit high for the size but the quality is worth it. My utility bills for two people are the same or less than for just me at my last apartment. One day I turned in 4 maintenance items at around 10am and every one had been looked at and fixed as needed by the time I got home that night. They not only shovel but lay down salt when it snows. M-W-F they have door-side trash pickup and the dumpster is closely available outside this. The walls are thick and you rarely hear other people. It's on the edge of the Briarcliff Neighborhood which is very nice. Except for the rare day I can park within 10 feet of my door. Every day there's open parking spaces within a minute walk. One of my only complaints is they don't have a place to lock bikes up outside and won't let you put your own rack in. It's also positioned well to get downtown but not for recreation. If you like biking or walking it's either starting uphill or down 69 highway or driving somewhere.
