I don't normally leave comments on something unless it's really bad or really good. I am happy to say that this one is really,really good! I lived there for a year and not one time did I have a problem with anything. The staff was amazing and made me feel like I was the only one living there they had to take care of(sincere and personable). They took very good care of me and my family by responding to any needs we had immediately and the grounds were always very neat and clean. The value for the floorspace and overall appearance was what made me decide to go with them and I am so glad I did-I have lived ALL OVER the KC area both MO/KS-good luck trying to find a better value and customer service. You won't!!! Hats off to their team, I sure wished I lived there now.
