Staff is incredibly rude, their level of customer service is horrible. Multiple phone calls made to repair A/C -- unit was unplugged instead of repaired. Water damage from leaking roof, never repaired walls or carpeting. Cheap carpeting with no underpadding. Would not recommend living here.
