Attention Shauna,Travis,Chris
I currently have deposit on 425 w 9th apt 101.waiting impatiently for sec 8 office to finish are contract. I wanted to let you know I will be in on the 3rd of july to pay remaining deposit and rent if is determined what sec 8 will pay by then.
I really look forward to moving in soon and I appreciate Shauna going to bat for me. I really needed an apartment like 101 is for my health. It fits all my needs to a tee. And I can tell your property is well maintained and I feel I am moving into a very safe area. I really want to say thank you for being so nice and helpful in hopefully a long and happy relationship. I hate moving and hopefully this will be the last move for a longtime.
