I have had some problems with the office staff. The leasing agent had advised me of the amount of the pet deposit, and later when I went to pay it, that leasing agent was no longer there and the amount was increased by $100.00. They were unwilling to do anything about it, even though I had it in writing from the old leasing agent just 1 month prior.
