Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've lived in Quality Hill for a few years - one year in a townhouse and one year in a one bedroom apartment. I really don't have a lot of complaints, other than the management and noise level. In both the townhouse and apartment, I could always hear my neighbors. I don't need to explain how annoying this is. Also, the management is unresponsive and unhelpful.
