My lease is up in a couple months, all of my neighbors are college kids and really cool. Pros: everyone keeps to themselves, good doors, we have a security alarm, washer and dryer, spacious, super awesome kind staff. For how ghetto it is around, not-to-bad area.
Cons: you can hear everything including other's sex-life and bathroom habits, the door buzzer for guests doesn't work, the washer can hold about 3 towels, bums are always digging through the dumpsters, and it's a rip off. Our neighbor pays almost $100 less than us. Pet rent okay, pet deposit rapes you. People brake the arms off our private parking lot gate every week.
