I stayed at Quality Hill apartments for 18 months, from September 2005 to March 2007. At no point did I ever have a problem with security, noise, or issues with the staff. All maintenance requests were taken care of promptly, and any issues were addressed immediately. The location is the best you'll find at this price in the every popular downtown area. In fact, I'm moving back to KC soon, and the first place I'm looking at is Quality Hill.

It actually wasn't management. I'm the one who posted it, and it was a glowing review because I lived there before the ownership changed. I tried to rent recently and was disgusted with the new ownership. The prices were through the roof, and the service was horrible. But this review was written when it was owned by a very competent, fair, and friendly staff. And I stick by it.
