I had never had an issue with New Quality Hill until CRES Management took over. They have only had ownership a couple months and my only experience with them was horrible!!! I was ignored, blown off and lied too...TWICE!!! The emergency maintenance pager doesn't work or so they say they don't get pages even if you page if 6 times within 6 hours. After my situation was finally resolved I sent a letter to CRES Management, not asking for money or free rent but merely a response and acknowledgement to my email about me situation. Do you think I received anything'' NOPE, no return email, nothing. Plus all this construction they are doing takes up parking lots and wakes me up on Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. They could at least wait until 10:00 a.m. Unless I see a total turn around I definitely will not recomend these apartments to anyone!

I am so sick of living here I can't wait to leave. The old management company was bad, but the new one is worse. They cancelled all leases. Kicked everyone out. So they could "remodel" and jack up the rents by 25% to cash in on the "power and light" district hipness, never mind that this area is way far way from P&L. Some people were planning on living here for another year and found themselves homeless when they got kicked out 3 months into their lease. But what the company won't tell you is that they have to pay for your moving expenses. That lease is a legal document for both parties. And I'm with you on the construction. Nobody gives a damn about anyone who lives here. Pounding all day long. Sawing. Banging. So loud and so intense you not only hear it, but feel it. Not everyone in the world works 8-5. So those of us who work late nights or overnights are constantly having our sleep ruined by these bastards. They trashed out entry area with sawdust and garbage and left it for 3 weeks like that. I hate living here and I'm going to be so glad when we can leave. It may just be one of the most overrated apartments in KC.
