I have lived in Quality Hill for almost 2 years now, and please save yourself time, money and the hassle and DON'T MOVE HERE. The first year wasn't bad, but after a new management company came in and forced me out of my apartment due to them renovating the building, it all went down hill. There has been a significant amout of crime around my building, and they do not care at all. There was no doorknob on the exterior door to my building for a week, in which time a bum walked in and tried to steal a girl from her apartment! After repeated, un returned phone calls to the leasing office, nothing was ever done. All of the dumb girls that working in the leasing office have no idea what they're doing, but they're willing to argue with you about anything and everything. They know nothing about the "downtown lifestyle" the hawk to anyone who will listen. They let strangers take your parking spots, the windows are broken and not fixed after repeated attempts to contact maintenance, hell, they can't even tell you when you have a package delievered for you. I can't wait until my lease is up, b/c I'm out, and never looking back. Renter beware!

I'm with you. Old management was pretty bad, but the new people were a bunch of morons. They turned this place into a wasteland. They broke water pipes, flooded our apartment with sewage, disabled the exterior security, and never acted on the drug den operating above our apartment.
