The management company here is the worst I have ever delt with. The average time it took for maintenance to resolve my request has been 5 days. I was told they do not have a timeline of when things "have to be fixed". And don't think they are apologetic either. Their response is basically we legally don't have to do anything. The windows are super old and drafty. You either pay ridiculous utility bills, I'm talking close to $100 a month to heat or cool, or you freeze/sweat to death. The common areas and exteriors of the buildings are worn down. Carpet in the hallways is heavily stained, paint is chipping off and floor tiles are pealing up. CRES Management are crooks. They want your money and once they have you in the lease they don't care how they treat you. There are much better place to rent in downtown.
