Quality Hill is located in a Perfect area and has the BEST staff! If you have a problem, they will try their best to help you out. They have outstanding customer service! Its clean, the staff are friendly, and my neighbors are considerate and quiet. I especially appreciate how safe the area is, for it to be located downtown. Not much sound coming through the walls, and the power bills have been reasonable. Overall, a nice place to live.

Hmm, both this review and the previous review share common CHARACTERISTICS! Ie, effusive statements punctuated with caps and exclamation points. It would seem the Quality Hill staff, rather than fix their run down, shoddy, unsafe complex, would prefer to spend time trying to influence their rating on this site. Downtown is old news; the wannabes are moving in, all cool cats are moving out. Edit: "If I was you, I will find something else to do with my time then send crazy responses to people who you don't know about." Right back at you sweet heart!

Opinion? How is this for opinion. I lived in QH for 9 miserable months - broke my lease b/c someone was robbed at gun point. My roommate's car was broken into. A girl was almost kidnapped from the building we lived in. Bums were always in the dumpsters and parking garages. Opinion? This is all fact. But here is another fact. The office workers are rude, unaccountable bimbos. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER.
