Not bad if you don't have high expectations

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The pool and exercise facility are nice - so is the rent. But or apartment is constantly falling apart and they were always making repairs. I suggest you pay for a parking space, or you'll be stuck on the street, since there are very few spaces available. It's not the safest of streets in the world either.
