The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

To summarize Quality Hill Towers:
The Good - swimming pool, view (extra $15 if it's too good), weight room, Case park (during the day), shower water pressure (outstanding), quite neighbors, laundry facilities, maintenance.
The Bad - kitchen areas (sinks too small, hard to do dishes), extending your lease (the price will go up), the elevators (hot, no vents, break sometimes, slow), downtown smell, airport and train noise.
The Ugly - NIGHTS - Although Quality Hill is a nice place during the day, the nights can be bad. Kids, homeless people and gangs are always gathering outside in Case Park and the overlook point. If you park in the street and don't take valuables out of your car, they will be gone in the morning. If you are out walking, someone will ask you for money. The nearby nightlife is good, several bars and restuarants, but your main thought about coming home to the towers will be getting inside the well secured lobby.
