Cheap and Ideal for the Money Spent

These apartments are pretty nice for being so cheap. I have never seen any kind of roach problem and maybe that is because I live so far up. The maintence and the managers are extremely friendly and always greet and talk to you when you pass them. The views from the apartment are worth more than 400 dollars though! So I wouldn't complain there. You can't go anywhere else around the city and see the views that you see without paying a whole lot more than 400. The apartments are fairly big for being studio apartments. I think everything is nice and I haven't had one reason so far to say otherwise.
