Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
i lived on a lower floor (2nd floor to be exact) and never once saw a bug. my apartment was just the right size and the price was afordable. parking can be tight, but i paid $25 a month for reserved parking---and it was worth every penny.
maintenance was great and always quick to respond to any problems.
yes the buildings are old, but they have been kept up pretty good. for the price you pay & what you get, i have no complaints.
i would definately recommend this place.
