Few Complaints...

I have only just moved in, so I might change my mind in a few months. But, since I have lived here, I loved just about everything about the apartment.
What I love...
I love Downtown Kansas City, Missouri, and Quality Hill is a very nice area to live in. My one bedroom apartment on the 10th floor has an AWESOME view of the skyline and city. The apartment has a very modern look and is a reasonable size - perfect for someone just starting out.
The staff has taken care of everything I have needed ASAP. They seem nice and seem to care about the tenants.
What I like...
The Living room has the A/C unit which keeps the kitchen/living room cool, but it does get warm (not hot) in the bedroom/bathroom. This can be fixed with a fan or two.
The elevators are ok, but tend to get a little warm. Oh well, you're only in them for a few minutes a day.
Parking is ok. You can normally get an spot (off the street) if you park your car BEFORE 10pm or AFTER 2am. Otherwise, you will have to pay for off-street parking a block away, or park on the sreet. Or, get the reserved parking for $25/month (but there's a waiting list for that).
What I hate...
Noise. A lot of railroad tracks are about a block away. At first, I couldn't stand them. After only a week, it was like I couldn't hear them anymore (as I had gotten used it). It's not loud enough to bother me that much, but you can hear them.
Overall, I give this place an "A" and I would recommend them to anyone.
