don't do it!!!! From: garytollison@kclibrary.org Date posted: 7/6/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I've lived here for three years due to a close location to where I work--the staff is horrendous. They raise the rent inordinately with each lease renewal, have little if any care for the tenants, and there is a HUGE roach problem, even though they exterminate every three months. The places are tiny, and overpriced in the extreme. Sometimes the lobby smells like--well, pooh, and lately the elevators have been broken more often than not--and it's no joy to walk up 8-10 flights of stinky hot stairs. Impossible to keep the apartment cool in July and August even if you run the ac full time. AND you have to pay 25 extra dollars a month to have an AC--for the duration of the lease. In short (they do have a good pool) this place sucks.
