Maintenance problems

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
Not a bad deal for the price, unless you take into the account that you have elevators that don't work especially when you live in the higher floors. The staff is usually helpful just as long as you don't have to deal with Stefany, apartment manager who doesn't want to deal with the problems their and usually comes up with some snotty answer to your problems.
