yes expect the good possibility of getting your car broken into..expect to find a homeless person digging through the garbage..but for the most part, they don't say anything to you. Walking around at night alone can be unsafe, but the apartments are set up very nice..a park is nearby to take your dog to, meet others with dogs, all the residents are pretty friendly. getting the maitanence people to fix something is hard though..they'll come and look at something and say nothing is wrong..or it'll go away..I had a small water heater...5 min hot shower MAX!

this place is so nasty..there is only air conditioning in one room..the heating sucks in the winter..i had roaches, huge roaches..my kitchen flooded..and they didnt even fix it well..the kitchens are small..parking is crazy..everything about these apartmenst just plan stink...do not rent..it's not worth paying the money you pay for it...
