The apartments are run down, the area is crime ridden & the staff here are inept. They have serious security issues IN and outside the building. No one seems to care about correcting these problems. They make excuses for the lack of security & refuse to let you break or buy out of the place even when you have a major problem. The property manager will do nothing to help you nor will the management company. The elevators only work when they want to, the appliances are original to the building. You dont get what you see in the model apartments, beware! There is also some pervert that likes to accost girls in the elevator that they wont do anything about, Even though they have him on security camera, not a place for a single woman. Your car will get broken into, your car tags will get stolen, the drunks from the park will stalk you everytime you park your car. This place blows - so do the staff. They love to cover up all the problems. Dont let the new paint job fool you !!!

I live near these apartments. There's a whole bunch of hooligans who race up and down the streets coming from these snake pits of an apartment building. I think the neighborhood would be a better place if these buildings were razed.

i disagree, i am new to this building but been in this neighborhood for 3 years. never had a problem, never been scared and i walk the streets at quality hill even at night and had no issues. everyone in my building is nice, respectful and have not had issues. several of the staff here live in my building for years and i would think if the place was that bad they would have moved by now.
