I will have lived here 2 yrs in October. The price is very reasonable and yes you get what you pay for. The staff is very friendly! You do hear trains often but you learn to tune them out. But after all you are living in the city. You are near everything downtown and it does not cost much for a cab ride. The maintenance people always fix things right away when I call and the place is also very pet friendly. They do not charge much at all for the pet deposit. Most new places down town charge a fortune. Only one elevator usually works but again you get what you paid for. If you want something nice then go and find something nice and pay more. I have a brand new car and park on the street and have never had a problem. I am a beautiful 29 yr old single female with a dog who I walk often and even at night. I have never had a problem. Sometimes you get a getto person in the park or a homeless person trying to talk to you but just ingore them. Again you are in the city. It happens... I have a great view of the park and in walking distance to Tanners and the Quaff. The Quaff also sells beer to go. I really enjoy this place for the price!
