I am redoing my review now I been here for about 4 months. I am still liking it. I do see bugs but not often. the first month i saw them once a week but for the past 3 months maybe one every 6 to 8 weeks so the bug problem is not bad in my building. they spray every 3 to 4 months and they do every apartment. Only thing I hate is that I am on the 9th floor and about once every 5 weeks the elevators break down and it always seems to be on a weekend. I worry that what if a medical emergancy happens and help can not get to you. Luckily the elevators do not break down that often. I also feel very safe here. I am outside walking at all hours and had no problems. I love living next door to a park!

There may not be bugs now, but give it time! There is a reason that they come in every month to spray and that's because they know that there's a roach problem. I never saw a single ant, spider or fly in that apartment, but I did come across some of the biggest roaches I've EVER seen while I was there (especially after my sink flooded and bugs started coming in from the walls).

I am in my 5th week and saw 2 roaches in my apartment so far but i think its due to me leaving food out. ever since i been keeping my place clean and taking trash out daily i have not had a problem. I make frequent trips to my kitchen at night to see if i can catch some activity and so far nothing. Living downtown in the city you kinda have to expect some sort of a bug problem. I think it also largely depends on how clean you and your neighbors. we have 3 buildings so maybe i am lucky and my building is less of a problem. Now my previous place you need to avoid. i lived in El Conquistador apartments in Shawnee Kansas and they never spray. in the years i was there i never saw them enter my apartment once. at one point i had wall to wall roaches and had to treat the place myself with boric acid. i recomend boric acid for it kills the roach and their nests. i was roach free in 48 hours.. stay away from el conquistador apts! they also do not do maintaince. i had a water leak for 4 years that started small and ended big and they would never fix it. got so bad the mold and the mildew made the apartment unliveable. i lived there so long because i was too poor to aford to move. still quality hill is a step up. lol

I lived there and it's not good. When I moved in they were having a special on rent. I signed a 9 months rental. When the 9 months was up they wanted to raise the rent $50 per month. I mentioned that I moved in at "X" amount when they were obviously having trouble renting. I was told too bad rent is now $50/month. They have two elevators during the entire 9 months only one worked and sometimes none. Try carrying groceries up 11 flights! Another problem is the constants noise at Case Park. I would highly recommend not moving here. I too have to amend my review. My apartment also had roaches. I don't know where they came from. They sure of hell didn't use the elevators because they never work. I also wanted to add there are no disposals in the kitchen. And the bathrooms are from the last century. The toilet has no tank just a flush handle mounted on a column. There is no vanity just a sink with two rusted legs. The medicine cabinet is a mirror that when you open it up you have two ugly shelves in a ugly metal box. The bathtub had no porceline left so the former tenent or tentents grim was enbedded in the tub. Could not clean it. The light fixture is a bulb. The elevators you know the ones that never work the door tracks have never been cleaned I think they were planning to use that portion of the elevator for a community garden.
