This is my fourth apartment with Regency North. None of the others were nearly as bad as this one. This apartment is in incredibly bad condition. We've had nothing but maintenance problems since we've lived here. And every single time we have to get these guys back here 5 or more times to get anything accomplished. It isn't until we start screaming that they actually get it done. We've been here for a month and already we've had over 15 visits for air conditioner issues (which resulted in a new air conditioner that still can't keep our place cool). We've had our water heater go out on us twice and ended up having to have that replaced. And further on that incident... the guy came (without even saying they were coming), worked on it for two hours, said they were going on a lunch break and they would be back, and 3 hours later my roommate had to call them before they said they would be there by 6pm to finish the job! Ridiculous! Now we have leaks all over our ceilings that were supposed to be fixed a week ago and still nothing done! They are apologetic but nothing gets done. Our tiles are falling off our fireplace. There are really crappy repairs on holes that were in the wall, not to mention a ridiculously bad paint job on the entire place (and EVERYTHING IS PAINTED OVER). This place is just ridiculous. If you don't care about crappy maintenance, or tons of children running through your building, or really bad looking apartments (as far as quality goes), then this is the place for you.
