When we first moved here, it was GREAT!
Don't get me wrong, they do offer the greatest amount of space for an apartment.
It seems when management changed .. everything else changed for the worse. An apartment caught on fire, our building caught on fire twice, then someone broke out the glass to the main door to our building, THEN they put this ghetto wood cover over the door to cover the hole. The parking in our section was horrible.

Several nights I had to park in front of the dumpster. The carports weren't really stable. You can see where they put new pieces of wood over the old wood.

Maintenance was pretty good initially, then after so long they became slow. You have to call, leave messages, then once



you email them, they'll respond. The response time is not as quick as it should be. There were several times we had to call the maintenance
guy back out to keep fixing one thing, then sometimes they took several days to fix things.

They seem to keep up the grass more than they keep up the actual interiors of the buildings. You can tell that nothing has been updated in a good 6-7 years.
The carpet is old, ragged and torn, and the walls need to be painted.

All I know is since 2004.. the apartment has slowly gone to shambles. I'm glad we are looking for a house and hope we find one SOON!

The new management SUCKS! We moved out shortly after they took over!

I totally agree we moved in 07/05 management was great. Now there is a slow response to getting things fixed, it took 2 months for them to fix a leak in the master bathroom that was coming from upstairs and when they finally got around to it it took another 2 weeks to completely and it is still partially done the ceiling has not been painted nor has the stripping has been glued back to the wall.
