I first moved into these apartments in July of 2008. On the first day we realized the walls leaked and soak our dining room and living room every single time it rains. I notified the office the first night. They never fixed it. I contacted the health inspector and he wrote them a letter of all the things needing fixed. In April the maintenace team knocked two large holes in my wall in an attempt to repair the leaky wall. They still have done nothing about the leak or holes. The wall is filled with mold that you can see through the holes. I contacted the main office and they told me i could pay to get out of my lease or stay living in this ------ apartment. I would never reccomend this place to anyone!

This depresses me... This was my mother's first apt location when she was my age, 20. She recommended it, and I was so excited because it was perfect pricing for my roommate and I, who are both college students, and the apts are huge... I'm printing this off when I go see the apts tomorrow and ask inquire about it before I give money to them or sign anything. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSSIBLY SAVING ME FROM ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES I COULD MAKE AT THIS POINT IN MY LIFE.
