I moved in November of 2005 and I have had no problems. Im a law student, so it needs to be quite and I never hear my neighbors because of the brick walls. If I come home after dark, there are always two security cars in the lot, and I can always park close to the building. When I moved in, nothing needed to be fixed or cleaned. The people who work @ river market are nice and professional. Everyone in the building is nice and there are no weirdos. You can get to anywhere you want in the city fast because the highway is a block a way. I lived 3 miles from umkc before and it takes less time to get there now because 71 highway is a block away. Its more expensive than living in, say, midtown, but you can save alot on groceries and gas by shopping and eating at the farmer's market.

I'm going to be a first year law student next fall (2006). I'd like to talk to you about living in the rivermarket area. I don't know if you will check this, but since I have no other way of contacting you, my email is ajchickos@hotmail.com. i would really appreciate it if you could chat. Thanks!!

I posted this in April and I since moved to a different apartment in river market and the walls are paper thin in some buildings. I can hear my upstairs neighbor when he gets out of bed, walks or talks on his cell phone--not his fault, just be fore warned. And if anyone complains about you, they put an infraction of lease document in your file without even investigating the incident.
