River Market Loft Apartments

Hit or Miss From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I really liked living here... I've actually rented here twice, once back in 2001, and again in 2005-2006. The area is great, I always felt safe, my neighbors were awesome. The whole community rocks. I had to break my lease, and that was surprisingly hassle-free. My only complaint, and it's a big one... twice, I was not given notice before maintainence entered my unit. THREE times, the door was left unlocked after they entered, and once it was actually propped open. This last time was as I was moving out, and one of the only things left in the apartment was a VERY expensive bicycle. When I went to the office (I was furious about them not securing my belongings after failing to even notify me that they'd been there), I was told they'd investigate and get back to me with an explaination. No explaination was offered. It was not a good parting. Oh, and noise is a problem. I could hear my nieghbor clearing his throat, it was that bad. Fortunately, everybody's cool enough that the lack of privacy due to no insulation wasn't really a problem-- We just made new friends out of the issue!
