River Market Loft Apartments

Its OK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived in the river market for almost a year now. Theres definitely good and bad things. I can hear everything my neighbor does-when she talks on the phone she might as well be sitting in the room with me (at 3am). The elevator breaks- alot. I havent had a problem with them giving 24 hour notice for entering my unit-but they seem to find a reason to do so about every 3 weeks. In the 9 months I've been there theyve changed my furnace filter 5 or 6 times, come in for pest control twice, done numerous "floorplan checks" and "surveys". It gets annoying because you who wants to have strangers in your apartment all the time' Oh-and recently they came in and painted the whole inside-and it looks like a circus. Ronald McDonald would love it. All in all its ok.
