Never Again! From: paytongirl78 Date posted: 4/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My husband (a UMKC law student) and I were very excited after viewing this apartment. We we told that all of the remodeling would be done in April when we signed the lease, instead it was not complete until July - and is still not 100% Manager was very rude and uncooperative - even laughed when we expected our unhinged door to be fixed! Many people we knew had break-ins to cars or apartments. Walls paper thin. Washer and Dryer constantly broken, constantly ate our money, so we had to start going to a laundrymat!
