new manager is wonderful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Lisa, the new manager cares about the tenants and is professional and courteous. When she says she is going to do something, she get it done. I would recommend Roanoke West now. The maintenance is great too.
