The office staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived at Roanoke West for several years and have seen managers come and go. I had to write because I was reading the reviews about this complex and saw the one written on December 30 about the present manager. She knows alot about apartmments and might not make everyone happy if she tells someone something they dont want to hear like someone who is getting kicked out or owes money. She is very professional and handles everyone like she really cares too. She is the best manager RW has had in quite a while.
