From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   My only advice is this: MAKE SURE you are getting a fair rate. I paid $50 MORE a month for a studio apartment than the girl upstairs, who also lived in a studio apartment. That's ridiculous! When I asked the office staff, they tossed me an attitude and started blabbing about "cost of living," and a bunch of other jargon. All I know is that if I'm receiving the same product, I should be receiving the same price tag!! It's an okay place to live, and the maintenance staff is awesome; they always responded in a timely manner, including Easter when the toilet from upstairs began leaking into my shower. Just make sure you're not getting ripped off or being left out of some "special" that someone else is receiving.
