Awful place, used to be better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/28/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I lived here twice, the first time about 4 years ago and the second time just last year. It's gone from tolerable to horrible. The apartment I was rented wasn't ready on move-in day, and even weeks later the sink was leaking and the toilet was broken (which I ended up fixing). The basement was like some medieval torture chamber. I found so many roaches (thankfully, dead) in my apartment that I was convinced no one had cleaned it in years. I only wish I had seen it for what it was when I agreed to rent it, but there was plastic everywhere so I couldn't really check it out (they "painted" - that's a laugh!).
