Do not move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   i just wrote a letter of complaint to the management above the property managers because of my horrible experience at Roanoke West. The bathroom ceiling leaked, the maintenance man assaulted me when they came to fix it, my car was broken into twice, the second time it was damaged to the point i had to get a new car, there was constantly glass outside from break-ins, the property managers lied to us all the time, the buzzer never worked, the thermostat ran constantly even when we shut it off causing an outrageous electric bill that they would not reimburse us for nor fix the thermostat, it was filthy when we moved in, we had to ask for things to be fixed several times, even then they never got fixed. poor poor management dont do it.
