Great location; Great staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am a female student living in the apartments. I have been here since May 2007 and have not had any problems whatsoever. I do have a drain that's kinda slow in the sink in the bathroom but that's fixable and not a big deal...Other than that, everything else is fine. The buildings are older of course but I have not encountered any problems. The closet in my studio is huge, and there is also another closet behind the entrance door and a linen closet by the bathroom. The studios are a good size for one person living in them. I also have a dog so I have never had problems taking her out for walks even down the street. The Plaza is just a walking distance from my apartment. I literally take my dog for walks to the plaza and back and not a big deal at all. This is place is safe as far as I have seen. The place is kept up...Also, I don't know about other tenants but I have not had bug problems at all...Also, it is very quiet in the building where I live and that's great for students living here..we do have alot of students who live here...The staff doesn't tolerate loud noises anyways. The parking is ok...late at night it gets full behind the building so you gotta either park on the side or in front of the building, but that's not a big deal. Lisa in the office is awesome. She is so nice and sweet and there isn't one time that I have passed by her and she did not say hi. She is also very caring..my dog was very shy around people at first but she got better and Lisa noticed that when she saw my dog which was amazing to see that she still rememberd her being shy long time ago. I have not had problems with checks getting lost..I usually give it to them in the office before they close. Also, it's great that they sign for packages and keep them safe in the office when you are not available...There was only one time where I had to go to UPS office kinda far away to get a package but that was due to UPS shipping not due to the office... So all in all, I recomment this place to anybody..
